Hey, stranger,
welcome to the Galaxy’s edge!

It's 25th century. Now, any lucky bastard can make a fortune out on the Frontier. And the unlucky ones? They end up in a pirate cargo hold… or inside the belly of some alien beast. Build up a team together — no one survives alone out here. Get yourself some decent gear. Explore new planets. And hope someone pays you in time for that freshly scouted route, a rare alien plant, or somebody else’s dirty little secret.

Name’s Jay. I took a job hauling shady cargo for that lunatic Alice. Thought it’d be a twenty-minute gig. Turned out I stepped into a mess the size of a whole sector.
Now I’ve got a crystal to deal with before troubles find me first.

Oh, and by the way — I’m you.

build tactics
We removed some random out of X-COM and mixed it with some Final Fantasy flair. More strategy, less coin-flipping.
Every map is procedurally generated and taking into account what you did before, so battles stay fresh and challenging.
FEel the adrenaline
Take hits, fall back, miss a shot and build up adrenaline.
When it’s full, unleash a game-changing strike.

change the world
For fifteen years we’ve been building the world of Frontier by TTRPG and Wargame. Now it’s your turn to write your name into the stars

code white

be the first to land
The Frontier is huge. Explore worlds no one’s touched before. Grab loot, credits, and rare chances.
level up and survive
Upgrade your team. Find new gear. Keep your rustbucket of a ship flying with scrap and luck. Out here, high-end tech is scarce, but a smart merc always finds a way.

here's what you'll find

what the hell all those colors mean?

Our game is a tactical RPG with procedurally generated combat maps.

core mechanics

Combatants take turns to act according to their initiative parameter, spending action points on movements between the nodes, attacks, and using abilities and objects.
Unlike their opponents, characters under players’ control have the Adrenaline feature, which is a scale that fills up when they successfully use their abilities, take damage, or fail. Once the Adrenaline scale is full, it unlocks unique abilities specific to each character - and these can turn the tide of battle
Combat map is a graph, made of nodes with links. Each node has it's properties - some have cover, some - elevation or have loot.
On dialogue screens, players talk to NPCs and make choices that influence the story’s progression. They can manage gear and party’s development, as well as symbiont’s parameters. What’s that last thing? You’ll find out once you start playing.

On the sector screen, players choose where characters go, moving across the map or getting into trouble, discovering things, or facing other surprises of the deep space.

Sometimes, to find something interesting on a newly discovered planet or a small asteroid, players have to resort to the scanning mechanic to search for the points of interest.
